Find your home away from home in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains at Fort Tatham RV Resort. Enjoy the shade from 100-foot trees as you set up camp on one of our 92 full-hookup sites. No RV? No problem - we also have a separate area for tent camping. For added convenience, visitors appreciate our well-maintained laundry and bathroom facilities, our on-site dumping station and the spacious event space in our clubhouse.
Half the fun of camping access to outdoor recreation, and Fort Tatham has plenty to keep our guests entertained. Our grounds have a volleyball court, shuffleboard and a playground for the little ones. Anglers with a North Carolina fishing license will enjoy trout fishing on our two streams. Guests become life-long friends as the bond at our potlucks, ice cream socials and our nightly campfires.
Fun isn’t confined to the Fort Tatham grounds - our guests spend their days exploring the waterfalls and hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, riding the Great Smoky Mountains Railway, catching a show at the Smoky Mountain Performing Arts Center or trying their luck at Harrah’s Casino. For some family entertainment, spend the day at Dollywood or enjoy some of our famous annual events, like the Heritage Festival or the Ole Mater Farm Bluegrass Festival.
